Staff

All Star's Program employs one of the most well respected and diverse Performance Training staffs in the country. Our Performance Specialists are certified at the highest levels, as well as achieving a minimum of a four year degree in either Exercise Science or Biomechanics. Our staff also contains a licensed Athletic Trainer, Sports Chiropractor, Massage Therapist, Physical Therapist and the Nutritionist for the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Todd Robinett

Director of Sports Performance

Todd RobinettTodd hails from Kansas but gained his education while at Oklahoma State University. Todd has a Bachelors Degree in Nutrition Science and his Masters Degree in Applied Exercise Science. Todd also holds the following certifications, Heath Fitness Instructor (HFI) from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

While at Oklahoma State Todd was Captain of the Cheerleading Team and he led them to two berths in the national championships. During his graduate studies at Oklahoma St he participated in Cardiac Rehabilitation studies and in the design of youth exercise programs. He also served as a member of the Oklahoma State Basketball Strength and Conditioning Staff.

Immediately prior to becoming the Director of Sports Performance at All-Star Sports Training, Todd was a key member of the Athlete Performance Staff at Cris Carter’s FAST Facility in Coral Springs, FL. While at Cris Carter’s Facility Todd worked with numerous athletes from virtually every professional sport. Among the athletes Todd worked with were Misty May, Olympic Sand Volleyball Gold Medalist, Dontrell Willis, Major League Baseball Pitcher, and countless Arena Football, CFL and NFL Stars like Brandon Marshall. Todd is widely considered one of the nations leading performance coaches for football preparation and is sought out annually by major college players for preparation for the NFL draft and combine. Todd was recently named the Official Speed and Strength Coach for the East Squad of the US Army All-American Game in San Antonio, TX. Todd is passionate about working with athletes of all ages to maximize their athletic potential in all sports.

We also have one of the most demanding intern programs you will find… that is why we have trained some of the most successful Performance Specialists in the country over the last few years. We handpick our employees for our NFL Combine Program from the most talented pool available. Some of our past employees are now current NFL, MLB and NHL Strength Coaches. We also have employees serving at several Universities and Performance Enhancement facilities across the United States.

Tony Marciano

Director of Football Operations

Tony MarcianoTony Marciano has an impressive resume of NCAA, Canadian Football League, and National Football League experience. After receiving a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1978, he went on as the Tight Ends Coach for his alma mater for six months.

He then moved on to Texas Christian University, Southern Methodist University, Brown University, University of Richmond, and Kent State University in the NCAA, working his way up to Assistant Head Coach and Offensive Line Coach.

He coached from 1994-1997 in the CFL for the Toronto Argonauts and the Calgary Stampeders as Offensive Line Coach and Offensive Coordinator, then moved on to take a position as Tight Ends Coach for the Indianapolis Colts from 1998-2001. His career brought him to Houston as Tight Ends Coach and Offensive Line Coach for the Houston Texans from 2002-2005.


Don Soldinger

Running back/Linebacker Coach

Tony MarcianoDon Soldinger directs our running backs/linebackers training. Coach Soldinger in his 25 year career at the University of Miami has coached many NFL athletes such as Willis McGahee, Buffalo Bills, Edgerrin James, Arizona Cardinals, Frank Gore, San Francisco 49er’s, Clinton Portis, Washington Redskins, Najeh Davenport, Pittsburgh Steelers, Michael Barrow, New York Giants, Rod Carter, Dallas Cowboys, Derrick Harris, St. Louis Rams, James Jackson, Cleveland Browns, John McVeigh, Seattle Seahawks, Winston Moss, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Alfredo Roberts, Dallas Cowboys. Coach Soldinger is also know for coaching all but 1 of the running backs to rush for 1,000 yards in the University of Miami’s 75+ years of football.

Coach Soldinger began coaching in 1968 at Coal Park High School transferred to Killian High School in ’74 and progressed to Head Coach at Southridge three years later. He began coaching at U of Miami in ’84 as a linebacker and tight ends coach. Coach Soldinger clinched one national championship before returning as Head Coach to Southridge in ’90 for 5 years, wherein Coach Soldinger returned to Miami as running back coach.

Coach Soldinger is truly a legend. As a high school head coach, Soldinger was twice named Coach of the Year by the Jack Harding chapter of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame, he appeared in 4 state title games, won 2 state championships, and kept a 104-35-1 record.

Steve Pisarkewicz

Quarterback Coach

Tony MarcianoAll-Star Sports Football is proud to offer the expertise of Steve Pisarkewicz, “The NFL Quarterback Doctor” to our coaching roster. Steve, who after a stellar career at Missouri, burst onto the national football stage with one of the all-time great Senior Bowl performances. The 1977 Senior Bowl game ranks among the all-time great Senior Bowl finishes. With 33 seconds left in the game Steve engineered a long drive and game winning pass to Tony Hill to pull out the win for the North. A few short weeks later Steve was the number one pick of the St Louis Cardinals in the 1977 NFL Draft. Steve’s NFL career began as a member of Don Coryell’s “Cardiac” Cardinals. Steve had his hand in many comeback wins before finishing his career as a Green Bay Packer. Steve has served as a Quarterback coach to several NFL Quarterbacks and as a QB coach in NFL Europe. Steve works out of All-Star on a year round basis and is a big part of our NFL combine program and is an integral part of our summer camp offerings. Steve will teach quarterbacks of all ages throwing skills, footwork, arm management and share his secrets on reading defenses as well as working with our clients on a one on one basis as needed.

 

Jon Vredenburg MBA, RD, CSSD, LD/N

Experienced dietitian who specializes in sports nutrition

Jon VredenburgJon is an experienced dietitian who specializes in sports nutrition. He currently serves as the Team Dietitian for the Jacksonville Jaguars and has consulted for other players in the NFL as well. He is one of only 8 board certified specialists in sports dietetics in the state of Florida – the highest certification given to sports nutritionists in the nation. He consults with fitness centers and community centers around North Florida helping athletes and weekend warriors formulate the best nutrition plans for success both on, and off, the field.

Jon is a former President of the Jacksonville Dietetic Association where he has received numerous awards for his support of the district. In 2007, the Florida Dietetic Association gave him their prestigious ‘Emerging Leader’ award for his professional dedication to the field of nutrition.
